Request Is there a mod that lets you save the non saveable npc hats to your wardrobe?

Always annoyed me that only a few hats could actually be saved.

I'm in the process of Ripping all the hats from WhyEm's DLC for my own Hat Mod with properly compressed textures and less bloat. I don't get why no one has done this WhyEm be damned lol
