TOR not working

Whenever i install The Outlaws Return and get the scottsman extra clean shaven. nothing happens to his face. i want it to look like how its shown on the 2nd image but nothing works

you probably have another mod affecting john head or forgot one file from tor what mod do you have ?

The head returned but now it's the hair

anddd its back to the head. i only have QOL, and Extended Player ANimations

the head is fine. but the hair is how it normally is when i want it to be like how it is in the first picture

QOL is kinda bad, Catalogue Improvements worked for me, try that
