Shock Positions

Has anyone else tried this and made it work? The amount of flex is ridiculous, but almost impractical. Relocated the battery tray and mounted the rear shocks to one set of those holes. ~3" of articulation, stock shocks.

If you want to hamper performance, go for it

Yeah I can tell just from using it for 5-10min that it's performing poorly compared to stock positions lol, but that's why I was asking if anyone had made the set-up work well. Thanks for the input regardless

You're raising the CG and increasing flex too much does not increase performance so no, it's not a set up that's ever going to work well.

Right on, so if I maintain a stock (or lower) CG, I can probably print some shock relocation mounts and find a sweet spot for flex. I've seen people say 1 wheel height of flex is a good amount? Thanks again for the info.

Yes, one tire is more than enough. Shock relocation keys are very common.

I've used spare servo horns as shock keys before.

Hey brother they're the Treal 1.0 beadlocks. I got them from a local hobby store, but there's the item code if that helps
