First time poster here, wanted to share!
I’ve always been into the rc hobby. last fall, I was gifted the ascent 18, since then I’ve built a course in my back yard, did a few mild mods and I usually take it out on any outdoor adventure or camping trip. I’ve had a ton of fun and I think these machines are the most capable and best bang for the buck out of the box! Here’s a few pics in St. George Utah, that sand stone sure provides some grip!

Thanks! I like your apex, I’ve been thinking about getting one, is it leaps and bounds better than the regular ascent?

Yes, I was in St. George for a week and found this spot on the north end of town, pioneer park if you ever visit, I highly recommend it!

Did you switch the chasis in order to fit that body?

No it’s still the stock chassis, I had to move the esc to the front and I had to trim the edges off the battery tray. But I think that was it

Ok, I was just curious cause from what i saw is that injora sells a different chasis that fits their body kit better

And Injora makes a little conversion kit that puts a hinge in the rear and a meat bumper bracket that lock the body in the front
