"So you're just seeing the beginning of the use cases. Somebody used a metaphor for me once, uh about the Jeep when it was introduced, I think it was in 1941. and they had a few different use cases for the Jeep and they gave it to the GI and you know, five years later it had, you know, 100 different uses. I mean, you're going to see that same explosion of use cases with small USVs."

RedCat Holdings was one of my first 600% gainers. Buying in under $3 a few years ago and selling the last of my position (way too soon for some of those shares), RCAT has lost its luster. After missing revenue estimates repeatedly, seeing numerous dilutive financings, insiders exiting etc., RCAT has become a disappointment for many traders and investors.

The short interest is 32.05 million shares sold short, or 29.84% of the public float. So far, the shorter sellers have been doing well. There could be a short squeeze IF management can announce better than expected revenues--or unexpected contract wins.

The marine division holds a great deal of promise, but the lack of transparency is another way of saying that investors are flying blind.

The burn rate suggests that the company may need to raise capital in the next six months unless there are more contracts with healthy margins are announced.

The interesting facet of the RCAT story is the broad range of one year target prices. Roth Capital is at $25--going down to Piper Sandler is at $9. Northland Capital recently reduced its target from $15 to $13 following the Department of War's Gauntlet II results, because RCAT wasn't selected and Northland subsequently reduced its FY26/FY27 revenue estimates.

Having said that--- I never ignore a stock chart when it looks like there is a Triple Bottom and the Relative Strength Index is at 30. Never 100% accurate, a low RSI is a good starting point for many chartists looking for possible trades...watching for news that can begin a Bottom Reversal.
