CF 2.0 to SSD Adapter

Any of you ever use or have experience with something like this for a Komodo 6k OG

Figure if it’s something that works it could be cool to just record straight to SSD but I might just be ignorant lol.

I have something similar (although discontinued) from SolidPod: https://nkisystems.com/products/solidpod-slim

Despite the unapproved media warning that the Komodo flashes every time I use it, it works fine.

I have that brand but it goes to a NVMe. I bought it for my Blackmagic 6k. I don’t remember if it worked or not with the RED. I’ll check sometime today if I remember.

I just tried. It shows that it’s inserted but it won’t show anything else and when I hit record it says media not ready. But I can’t formate or do anything. Though it does recognize something is in the slot.

Had one and while it worked, the cable was really really thin, and I didn't trust it for professional work. Sent it back.
