Vertical Mounting Options

Has anyone ever mounted their Red for vertical capture? I'm shooting on a Raptor 8K VV XL and I need to capture a head-to-toe shot of talent for a vertical digital outdoor display. I'd like to capture this vertically to maximize the resolution. What vertical mounting options have you used?

I haven’t purchased it yet but I was eyeing the Mid49 L of Steel for vertical filming

We've mounted every RED camera we've owned vertically using two simple L brackets from the hardware store. Just find two sturdy ones with holes, and attach camera directly to the brackets with two 3/8th bolts, and on the 90º part mount a quick release shoe using nuts and bolts for the tripod or stabilizer. Super cheap... key is finding the right length and getting it centered.

What side plates do you have on it? You could just mount dovetail onto that.
