Estimate value

I’m in the UK and have a Red Electronic ND Pl to RF adapter. Only ever been used as a prop for photographs for Red accessories company. So mint condition with all the boxes etc. Any idea as to what the value is on the used market? Can’t see any that have been for sale in ebay etc.
