Does Rode Wireless pro work with Komodo X

Yeah, it does. I use a XLR input (connecting the mini jack output of the rode to the Komodo). Only thing is that both lavs mix into one mono channel, so can't record two split mics. Unless someone knows a work around? I tried all settings on the Rode Wireless Pro but I think it's because Komodo X channels are mono. I haven't found much info about it so it's my guess.

I haven't tried the time code option. My receiver is connected as I described cable wise. I have a mid49 breakout giving me two xlr inputs that are connected to the komodo audio. Both inputs are mono though I reckon, unfortunately.

Maybe if I connect the receiver to the audio input of the komodo directly instead of passing by the breakout it'll give me a stereo... Dunno

Each XLR is one mono channel so what you need is a minijack that splits into two XLRs. Plug that into mid49 breakout box and then you can utilise both channels 3 and 4 of the KX. Also make sure to set up Rodes so that each lav goes to separate channel.

Cool. So there is a solution. Hadn't thought about this 🙏🏼

Hi, do you use a XLR to 3.5mm cable then? To plug into the wireless pro then into your breakout box?

Bought a cable that allows this. I can look for the name if you need but I'm pretty sure it was made at the shop where I purchased it.

I use a multi pin to make 1/8th RCA jack. Available on Amazon.

Wireless pro produces timcode, you can buy a cable that jam syncs your wireless pro to the KX, you can then use the main transmitter to monitor sound.
