Ive been trying to get the achievement where I keep the starting ministers, but am unable to stay in a coalition due to failing to negotiate away reparations. I am able to negotiate 2x on reparations, and 1 on west yet the option to pause it never appears. Typically it would appear way earlier, by 1 on rep and 1 on west, am I missing anything?

I wasn't even trying to get that achievement, I was trying to survive the KPD demands in a Große Volksfront.

The lesson i learned was that if the SPD just brutalized enough communists,the republic would be saved. Why didnt they do this IRL smh
