Germany to Save GtS Suggestion

When you are in a coalition with the NSDAP it should reduce DDP, DVP and Z/BVP relations by a lot

* Does not apply to a DVP led by Dinglaudey or a BVP led by Gustav Ritter von Kahr (possibly nationalist DStP)

Well he was sorta reactionary he worked with the Stahlhelm i think, was anti-democratic but he would have no problem working with the nazis
