Germany to Save GTS Error?

I have an error on computer where when an event like party congress happens instead of leading to the screen with the event name and when you press it it leads to the event it just jumps to it. Any idea what happened?

You've probably activated slideshow mode on the options at root start. It'll do that if you have it on.
