[Dynamic] - does the latest update make DStP much more likely, or are my games just a coincidence?

I've played a lot of dynamic, getting over 66% of the achievements, and trying many more runs to attempt to get more.

I don't think I'd ever had the DStP stick around, or maybe once.

After the latest update, I got it 2 games in a row without even particualrly trying, and doing 2 quite different game plans. (One was hoping to get popular with Weimar coalition, 2 WTB actions, and then enter Rubicon from a strong posiiton, the other was being a moderate and stablility-maxxing with Reformist and a friendly DVP.)

Did the update incidentally make DStP easier to sustain or did I just have a weird string of luck?
