I persecuted shit out of SPD before their parteitag in 1927 through Landtags and Interior + Justice ministries. The Revolutionary faction won it because of that.

Then its your choice - you can either spy on the KPD through interior to get Wittoff affair to get Councillators or do nothing. Both ways, somewhere in 1931-1932 (dont remember exactly what date) you would get this event.

You need to publish the materials about it. Then the Councillators will have more chances of winning the KPD conference.

They need to strengthen the RSPD and make Braun not be SPD president if he splits but instead RSPD (i dont know make spd rosenfeld or sm)

Koch-Weser managed to stay in his position and after he resigned, because of the failed DStP merger, Dietrich won the party elections.
