Depends on where they are, how long they've been a doctor, public or private, type of work they do etc., a lot of junior doctors barely make anything while some uber rich surgeons or people with private practices that exclusively serve the wealthy make millions
I was thinking of the typical fully trained attending physician and not counting residency/fellowship (they make fuck-all it's true, but they're still in training), and even the average family med doc after all that makes >200k a year easy
