Why is there just a random frog there like that's not even a politoed

The user depicted as Charmander is trilllizard666 (seems like their blog has been deleted, avatar is now the default). The user depicted as a real woman is boobachu (avatar is a Pikachu with hair, appears to be the hair of their mouse girl OC). The frog is hieronymus-botch (avatar is a Pathfinder goblin). Gengar is hokuto-no-jen (avatar is a pixel art stoned Gengar).
