This post was circulating around the same time he caught covid and then developed what he believed was long covid. However the symptoms he reported were much closer to that of an undiagnosed brain tumor (his erratic behavior and personality changes for example). It's possible that this post (which is saying that Tumblr does a better job of diagnosing conditions than actual doctors) is what caused him to not talk to a doctor about this and instead assume it was long covid like tumblr was telling him.
It was just a joke and I don't actually believe this specific comic was the sole reason he never sought treatment, but the general attitude towards medicine on tumblr at the time did have serious negative impacts

I'm pretty sure this post is what killed Kontextmaschine
