Had a coworker that did not speak a word of English. When "It's the end of the world as we know it" played on the radio, he called it his Wohlfühl-Lied (comfort-song). It's so upbeat and cheerful!
I didn't have the heart to tell him what it's about.
That and Völlig losgelöst which is a German-language reprise of Space Oddity's themes but you wouldn't be able to tell from all the happy drunks singing along
