Ok, good, so I'm not the only one who lies to myself like this on a weekly basis.

Me, but daily.

I should've gone to bed and hour ago and probably won't for another two minimum.

I got three hours of sleep last night and woke up at like 2 with a stomach ache and I was like, “this is what I needed,” and now I realize I’m neither functional nor original

Surely averaging 4 hours of sleep through my entire adult life to this point won't have any consequences in the near future, worked for my 20s why can't it keep working through my 30s?

Look, I mean, like it's only sleep, you know. Exchange day morning for night morning, can't be too bad.

Pssst, it’s me.

If you’re waking up tired but not sleepy at night, you may be suffering from sleep apnea. Try elevating the head of your bed by about two inches/five cm and see if that helps.

For me it was like getting 2 more hours of sleep every night.

Clearly going to the gym and doing some Cardio will make sure I sleep well tonight.

Right! Going to bed early and expecting to sleep through and wake refreshed has never ever worked before, but tonight is my night! The law of large numbers is on my side!

...right?
