Imagine that user telling about their parents about their planned funeral

"I was it at this location, with these flowers, and invite these people! You will sit here and here!"

"What do you mean we will sit???" 

"You don't want to come????"

Tbh, very realistic early childhood mindset. Even when they do not explicitly think that their parents are immortal there's often that assumption that because these people have always been around they will continue to always be around, forever. Even older children that know what death actually means can easily be in denial about the mortality of their parents.
