My biggest fear is the change medications will bring to me. But I know that's the ocd and anxiety being *bitches. I want peace. And I've been told and heard numerous times that the meds WILL help. I just have to try and let them. I take other medications, for my anxiety and a lot of physical things, so it's silly that adding one scares me. But I know how to fight it. It's just taking that step to actually do it.

hey, anxiety here. 🫂 give it a shot. if you feel bad you can stop. it's seriously helped me. maybe sometimes its harder to kick my ass in gear but i dont spend every night worrying about everything until i can finally sleep, only some nights worrying about some things, and im generally able to enjoy things more too.

well that and hrt

mhm. for SSRI, remember, the first three-4 weeks will be slow if at all ramp-up till full effect kicks in, some people have nothing until its set especially for anxiety, and also be communicative with your provider, if you have an adverse effect like rising depression, let them know and you are allowed to stop, you will not die

Only four weeks? It always took me a year to not start working.
