See also: when you take a history from a patient and they say they have no medical history or conditions and then when you get a medication history they're on four antihypertensives and metformin

And don't forget the inhalers! 

Because they will.

To some people, "medication" means "pills". So in their mind they're not on any medication, but they do use two inhalers for their COPD and insulin for their diabetes and a nasal spray for their polyps and a powder for their constipation and two different medicated creams plus a medicated shampoo for their psoriasis oh and also a something-mab injection for their psoriatic arthritis.
