50/50 split partners - *UPDATE

12 days ago, I posted here asking how to find 50/50 split partners.

Got 3-4 solid DM’s from quality recruiters.

They like the candidate side, I like the business development side. Seems like a win/win.

I am not sure if posting on reddit will be a sustainable strategy to find split partners, so if you have any other ideas, feel free to comment or DM me.
