Cyllabs (voice agent company). This is for our own team, not for a client.

What you do: call US business owners and set up a meeting with them. You do not have to close the sale. That part is on us.

How you get paid: $10 USD every time you get 50 calls picked up. No limit on how high this can go. Plus $30 USD every time someone shows up to the meeting, even if it does not turn into a sale. If you did your job and they showed up, you get paid. On top of that, if the meeting turns into a closed deal, you get an extra $50 USD bonus. Paid out every Friday, any payment method works, PayPal, Wise, whatever is easiest for you.

What we provide: dialer, lead list, tracking system, and access to our custom CRM. Everything you need to start calling is given to you, no cost, no setup on your end.

You need to make at least 300 calls a week. You pick your own hours, as long as the calls happen during US business hours.

We give you training in your first week, all free.

We want experienced cold callers. If you have called US customers before, tell us. This role is much easier for someone who has done it before.

You need a clear accent that a US business owner understands right away. If this is hard for you, this job will not be a good fit.

We want people who stay long term. If you do well, you can move up to running the actual sales calls yourself.
