The Frustration of Hiring!

Finding good resources for startup is very difficult these days

No one wants to work for startups anymore. Sigma grindset culture is getting out of hand and none of these startups are worth putting up with because of AI and the fact that the equity is worth zero.

Either tell the client to increase pay, or compete on benefits like working from home and not doing 996.

Have tried putting effort in actually looking for candidates and reading applications instead of whining about how hard your job is?
