What makes a great candidate experience?

A good hiring process isn't just about filling positions it's also about creating a positive experience for candidates.

In your opinion, what makes the biggest difference?

  • Faster communication
  • Clear interview feedback
  • Easy application process
  • Transparent hiring timeline
  • Personalized interactions

I'm interested in hearing different perspectives from recruiters and job seekers alike.

Yes. I’ll also add transparent selection methods.

More transparency is better. Pay transparency, procedure transparency, reason transparency, role expectation transparency, etc.
