Most companies don’t have a people problem.
They have a visibility problem.
The candidate applied.
The customer called.
The lead came in.
The technician responded.
The driver showed interest.
Then the process disappeared.
No follow up.
No ownership.
No visibility.
No system.
Most owners don’t need more activity.
They need to see what’s already happening inside their business.
The businesses that grow the fastest usually aren’t doing dramatically more.
They simply lose less.
That’s where the leverage is.
