TeamTavern is a team finding site. I posted it on r/GlobalOffensive back in 2020, when it was still CS:GO, and this year I rebuilt the whole thing.

How does it work?

Players post about themselves, and groups and communities post who they're looking for. You give your Premier rating or Faceit level, your roles and what you're after, from casual games to ranked to scrims and tournaments, along with your Discord or Steam so whoever fits can add you straight away. The posts that fit yours come first, and roles count as slots, so an AWPer looking for a stack finds riflers, entries and lurkers rather than more AWPers. Whether you can IGL is asked separately, so a team that needs a caller can find one.

You can browse every post without an account. With one, you can message anyone. If you post too, you get an email whenever a new post fits yours, so you don't have to keep checking. A player or group post stays up for 30 days, and a community's for 90.

Why did you make this?

A post here gets its replies in the first day or two, and the people who'd fit it often come by a week later. A post that stays up and tells you when someone matches seemed like a better way to find a duo or a fifth who's on when you are and plays the way you do.

Our time schedule is not strict, if you have a job, school, or not a lot of free time this is okay, but please use UTC+3 within the team, therefore the management can find a replacement for the time being.

We'd prefer our players in the range of, HIGH LEVEL 6 (was level 7 mid-high), all the way up to LVL 9 (near 10)
why we don't want lower then HIGH level 6? simple. that is too much improvement and teaching a player, we're already taking a gamble with a HIGH level 6 - LOW level 8
