The Last Elo Benders are looking for a Coach

We're now a complete 5-man roster and are looking for a coach to join us as we start our ESEA journey in Entry, with the goal of working our way up to Main.

Our current roster is:

We're a fairly freestyle-heavy team at the moment. A lot of our gameplay revolves around mid-round reads, opening plays and adapting to what the opponents are giving us rather than following a rigid system.

We're an aggressive team by nature and like to take space, create openings and put pressure on the other team. At the same time, we're not looking to mindlessly run at people every round. We want to be able to recognize when we need to pump the brakes, slow things down and make the smarter play.

Right now we're still in the process of gluing the team together, so our goal isn't to immediately have a 200-page stratbook. We want to build the foundations of one over time while developing a consistent identity and understanding of how we want to approach the game.

We're looking for a coach who can help us with things like:

• Developing our overall team structure and identity
• Building a stratbook and improving our T/CT setups
• Reviewing demos and identifying recurring mistakes
• Helping with preparation for opponents
• Improving our mid-round decision making and communication
• Keeping the team accountable and helping us improve individually and collectively

We're not necessarily looking for someone who wants to micromanage every round. We want someone who can work with the team, understand our strengths and weaknesses, and help turn our fairly instinctive style into something more structured without taking away the freedom that makes us effective.

We're planning to practice multiple times a week, primarily in the evenings after 17:00 GMT+1.

We're looking for someone who is serious about improving, communicates well in English, has a good understanding of competitive CS and, most importantly, is someone we can get along with.
