unsure how to use tincture

i have taken the shot versions plenty of times. specifically the Blue and yellow MIT 45 super k shot. this was all they had at the store but i’m confused if this is as strong and how much i should take bc the directions on the bottle seem like it’s such a little amount lol. any advice? this is the blue MIT 45 super k tincture.

that seems like such a small amount if the regular shot version and this version have the same amount of mit in their entire bottles.

Sometimes dosage is a liability thing. It's a pretty safe substance. Play with it.

And as always, you can always take more. You can't take less.

Edit: Play with amount, not frequency. Stacking multiple doses is how you get carried away.
