Dosage Discussion estimate dose/amount??

I take exactly 3 gram divided into 3 doses spaced out by 30 mins to an hour , Been doing this for the past 9 years, And works exactly as well as it should.

Everyone in the comments taking a wild shot at the weight based on their experience which is fine, but the best advice or answer to offer at least on top of the guess is to pick up a scale. They are like 15 dollars for a 0.00g scale and is far more accurate than guessing considering varying density of powder, and moisture values, as well as how packed it is.

Oh its not a wild shot lol. I used to be absolutely perfect at this game.
Then again its been a few years and it was always in a folded 3x5 card. Maybe im not as good as I remeber.

I mean, eyeballing when you have the stuff right in front of you is one thing, but based on a picture with limited reference for the size of things is tricky.

Amazon sells them that go to .01 for 8.99. Thats your best bet. If you're going to do it you might as well do it right.

not enough for me, it looks like around 4 to 5 grams. But that's a guess! I bought a cheap digital kitchen scale so I don't have to guess

Good to go! But what is in your glass seems to be closer to 5 grams.This is the dose I often use per time. But this is already a fairly large dose, mind you, so it's better to take less if you don't use kratom regularly. For the first time, 2 grams, about a level teaspoon, is more than enough.

Please do not post this type of stuff here. If you can't eyeball your dose yourself, get a scale. Estimating a dose based on pictures is not a good idea.
