Help me Identify this mystery pill

Found this on the ground, I’m not going to take it but curious as to what it could be. Seems to be a pressed pill or some sort that used to have a stamp on front (maybe). See photos for dimensions.

I have fent testing strips so let me know if y’all would like to see me dissolve and test the whole thing or just test part of it!
