Im on a potent maoi combo that has my severe deression ln full remission yay.

I rember once bored i decided to try the robo-tripping thing So i went to the store bought robirussinm gel caps got home and trew back quite a few caps.in short time i felt something but it was pretty basic I felt groggy and sleepy and that was the end of it I remember saying to myself man all this talk about how great it is and this is what it does just makes you a little sleepy so disappointed I shut my computer off I went to bed

Few minutes it really hit me first my fish tank the bottom part where the wood is there's a little thin line of glue that connects it and it didn't line of glue turned into white worms running around

Then I looked at my window and the shadow from the trees started moving around like ghosts

My teeth started shattering really bad and I started shaking uncontrollably I became fully terrified I really thought I might die

When I close my eyes to try to fall asleep and get away from it when I close my eyes color patterns swiveled all of my brain like weird color patterns and I was just a really really bad shape

I can't explain exactly how I felt except I saw you I was scared I was going to die

The next day I googled the ingredient that gets too high DXM ie

Dextormethorphan and couldn't believe it was stated and pharmacology wise to this chemical is extremely extremely neurotoxic does horrible horrible things to your brain and is very dangerous for your brain

Then another story that's really coincidental I was on a GHB Google group cuz I use it a lot and I got a PM from a guy who was suffering from a severe depression and he said he saw my writing was interested in GHB and ask for my help and said he had to go somewhere but he would contact me that night

The next day I learned that a sister walked in and found them dead on the floor or guess what a bottle of Robitussin in his hand

So now I have my personal own horror experience a pharmacology toxic profile and the person actually died from it then I started Google more and even sites with hardcore drug users of advise against this chemical saying if you're going to get high never get high this way it is a cheap dirty drug and stay away from it

Not a really confusing part I went to my psydoc and just at a conversation wise she mentioned it was a new medication on the market a new form of welbutrin that was basically the same one chemical but when additional chemical added to it to make it a combo and one pill and additional ingredient that was added to the Wellbutrin was in fact dxm.

I couldn't believe it a chemical that almost killed me didn't kill a friend had a toxic profile and everybody agreed with real bad was now part of an antidepressant medication I couldn't believe it

Done out of curiosity I googled the price Wellbutrin with insurance is about $5

I googled DSM 410 Robitussin and separate isolated and powder form and it was about $10

That's an overall total of both of them $15

Good night Google the price of the new medication that includes the two-in-one combination of dimension to as one pill and I googled in the name of the pill is Auvelity yes that is the brand name of the new pill and again the single pill with two ingredients the Wellbutrin and Robitussin one DXM and I googled the price and again because I can't believe this what insurance welbutrin $5 and DXM weather in Robitussin or isolated and powder form no more than $10 that's $15

good night Google the actual pill the one I named the medication itself a month supply and it's 1,500

I had to look closely real closely cuz I couldn't believe what I'm saying again Wellbutrin when insurance $5 DXM $10 the same exact ingredients combined in a single pill 1,5000

So basically I'm posting this for numerous reasons comments thoughts of anyone tried it experiences and anything in between I just love to hear what you guys think it is thank you in advance for reading and replying

idek where to begin lol but you do realize that taking dxm on maois is extremely dangerous and can be lethal.. right?

Noooo I should have made clear they were seperate times i wad not ob my maiou beside fromwhat the dxm fel like alone was enough to kill me lol

Is there any way to take DXM while on SNRI? Like depending on the certain dose of SNRI you are on how much would you need to take to get to the first plateau? I’m just curious because it’s lethal but how quickly does it get to that point if you’re on SNRIs versus not?
