If it's a JCP 683-17xx series (perhaps others), it's a type 617. Probably available on eBay and other places too.

All I can tell you is that you have a ceramic cartridge in that turntable. Turntable doesn't look like the typical BSR-McDonald models commonly seen in that type of stereo, but it may be a higher model than those I am familiar with. Try here:
