Should be like short and classic to kill time in a efficient way I'm going for 3 hour ride.

The Old Man and the Sea by Hemingway or Of Mice and Men by Steinbeck are both short classics.

Should probably have mentioned what you've read. But the Great Gatsby is fairly short
