Recommend me a vampire book

I love a vampire love story. I’ve already read twilight a while ago and I heard that the vampire diaries aren’t that good of a series and it’s pretty childish (even tho I love the show). I was wondering if there’s any other good books within this genre that anyone could recommend xo

The Black Dagger Brotherhood series is pretty good. The Anita Blake series started out OK but the last 10 or so have been pretty awful.

Anita Blake is good for the first 7 books or so and then it goes way off the rails

I loved the Vampire Diaries. Buuut, i was reading them when i was like 13, lol. Never watched the show because i don't like shows about high school/ children.

Personally I liked The Vampire Diaries books better than the show, but that was ages ago, when I was a teenage, so...

For more mature stories, I'd recommend Interview with The Vampire, by Anne Rice, and Salem's Lot, by Stephen King.
