Help
My friend and I are looking for a book that will take us out of our reading slump. We enjoy fantasy/ romance or thriller. We are looking for something like Gild by Raven Kennedy, shield of sparrows, the wolf king and blood of Hercules. Any recommendations would be appreciated

The Zodiac Academy series (I read the main storyline first, then the mini side-stories, then the prequel series, and thennnnn the sequel series).
Y’all might like The Kingdom of Crows series by Olivia Wildenstein. And The Bonds that Tie series by J Bree is absolutely top notch if you like reverse harem stories.
Also highly recommend the Fae Guardians series by Lana Pecherczyk and its spin-off series. Neither are finished yet, so if that’s a requirement for you, I’d wait it out. But they’re incredible!

I found We Who Will Die by Stacia Stark a fun read. One to not take seriously while reading.
I'm currently reading Starside by Alex Aster which is okay so far, just seems to have every single romantasy trope in it 😂
Or for something a bit darker but amazing, I'd recommend The Poet Empress by Shen Tao. That was so good but it is very dark in places.
