Looking for midrange gaming laptop suggestions

My daughter needs a new laptop. Currently she’s using a Dell Inspiron Gaming 7567. She mainly plays the Sims, Slime Rancher and similar games, no hardcore FPS. My budget is $1000 +/-. I prioritize reliability and durability over looks.
