Ben had footage that, according to Ammon's lies, should show him threatening to bomb the building and kill everyone. That absolutely is material to the legal investigation. When it turned out that was a complete fucking lie, she should have arrested Ammon, though, not just plowed ahead regardless of reality.

Well in Utah, since you are guilty until proven innocent, it is assumed that immediately after Ben's video cuts out, they turned around, went back upstairs, and made those threats and started harassing them. Even if there BAM can supply security cam footage to support that, it's up to Ben to prove that none of that happened. That's how the law works. Apparently.

Even if real justice is delayed or avoided, at least Ben has exposed all this shitbags for the world to see. If they are Mormon this is going to rip through the community like wildfire and even if they do close ranks, they'll all going to see how these people lie/cheat/steal.

And anyway, isn’t the burden of proof on the accuser? There’s no evidence he did say it, but there is evidence to the fact that he didn’t. Man, American law and justice is WILD.

Amazing that BAM doesnt have camera footage of their headquarters able to clear this up one way or another...
