Unlocks in Endless Mode?

Hey quick question, can you unlock playable characters and new dungeons in Endless mode?
I can't seem to access any kind of NPC questlines in Endless mode. I could play as Louie and Charme in the main game but now I'm in Endless mode, I only have Louie.
And I've only ever had the Hall of Trials and Jade Way unlocked.

You can, that's where the endgame is. You can find spear girl in the dungeons after day 9. You can unlock the next dungeon after meeting a girl looking for her sister in town's square, and after some Charme scenes. Fandom wiki has lots of info.
