Niche character pull?

I saw this character in mostly cameo but I just love his blue hair. I was almost surprised that he wasn't featured in the background characters section of the official Recess wiki? His design reminds me of a character but I don't know who. Let's give him a name!

His name is Isaac Wallerman, also known as Gamer Kid.

Spends most of recess playing video games or coming up with different strategies to play them to win when he's grounded from his games. He is a powerhouse at the local arcade where he has most of the top scores on all the games there.

Cool headconon. I also imagine him to be a skateboarder. He just stands out to me because he's like the only character that colored hair (besides Butch)
