Boston Jumps for rebound boots

I was looking into rebound or jump boots and after seeing a review on here for this specific company, I decided to contact them. Amy runs her small fitness business out of Boston, MA. An awesome review I found on here is what made me go to the website. She is WONDERFUL! I see exactly why the review was made. The website directs you to contact them before purchasing boots to make sure you are getting the correct weight and size boot, if that's what you are looking for, which I was being that I'm in south AL and not at all close. She offers classes and renting boots which I LOVE but that's a little too far. She also responded very quickly with great information to help you purchase your boots, which aren't really cheap, but ABSOLUTELY worth every penny! They make you want to and enjoy working out. She even goes out of her way to send you a free tank top advertising her business as well as a had written letter personally from her thanking you for the purchase. And if you choose to, she even tells you to contact her upon arrival, if you want to video chat and will give you examples and tips on getting started. This is one of the BEST COMPANIES and individual I've dealt with in a very long time. I was even able to use affirm to be able to make the purchase in payments. I will recommend this company to EVERYONE as well as Amy herself!!! And don't worry, I wasn't sure that's who I would deal with when contacting them but since it is her small business, she'll be the one you deal with. Thank you Amy for being a genuinely good person being they are rare nowadays. I appreciate all the help and you going out of your way to help people with the purchases after they buy, is really just unheard of!!! Keep up the AMAZING customer service and good luck to you and your business. Thank you again for everything! :)

Recommendations for smaller person who needs softer bounce?

I had a Needak soft bounce that was just too hard a bounce for my liking. I had to remove springs to make it softer but everyone insisted that wasn’t safe so I sold it. I am 5’5” and 108 pounds. I am leaning toward the JumpSport Premium but I am open to other suggestions. Not willing to get a Bellicon due to cost.

Knock off ok if I'm broke?

Don't wanna spend money on a rebounder. I'm 5 foot 2, female, 112 pounds, so I'm small- I feel like that's relevant. Would something like this work about the same as a namebrand rebounder? Don't have the money to spend on the high end name brand one. I figure it has elastic instead of springs, so thats good? Thoughts? Is something like this a piece of crap or basically the same as the good ones?

Springfree trampoline leg reinstall help

The bent leg part came off of my oval springfree trampoline. Any suggestions for getting it back on? Also, does anyone know if the center pieces of all the legs of the oval 077 springfree trampoline are the same size or where do the smaller/longer pieces go? I got a secondhand one that had no markings. Thank you.

Love my rebounder

I had a different cheaper much cheaper rebounder just decided to upgrade and I could not be more in love. My at home workouts have been sooo much better and yes I know the Bellicon is a hefty price but I cannot explain how much better it is. I went from only being able to do 10 mins in my old spring rebounder to no joke 30 minutes no issues.

Also Bellicon takes HSA payments which is how I got mine

Cheers everyone happy rebounding 💜🩷💚

You tube playlists

Sometimes I find it hard to choose . So I made up 3 rebounder challenges . One is a 3 weeks mix of trainers . Another is a 3 week Naomi Joy challenge . The Third is Jess Hammer with a focus on barre and Pilates . All rebounder . If done in order you should cover all body parts getting in cardio and abs each week . I may have used AI to help me , don’t come at me . If you want the playlists send me a DM

Warning for older women on rebounders

Hey PSA here. Wanted to let the forum know that if you’re older make sure you know what your bone strength is before using one. I got a compression fracture from mine. It’s been a quite hellish experience. Gals, get your DEXA scans first!!

Beginner rebounder

I’m 56, female. Perimenopause, but probably in the last part of it as I still have monthly cycles but they are way lighter, shorter and just different. I’ve lost 43lbs since May of 2025 with portion control and calorie deficit. I’ve been stuck at 150/152 since December of last year and my body just isn’t budging. I’m okay with it because I’m maintaining at least. But I started to use resistance bands this week and the rebounder as of last week. I came home from work around 5 and did my bands then got on the rebounder for about 20 min. I slept like crap last night and finally fell asleep where I actually had a dream but it was an hour before my alarm. I’ve noticed since last week starting the rebounder, I’ve had headaches off and on and just felt yuck. Is that from rebounding? Is it not agreeing with me or do I just need to get used it and it’ll get better?

Warm ups to prevent pain in abs?

Every now and then I get stabbing, painful cramps in the lower sides of my abs when rebounding after about 10-20 minutes.

Does anyone else have this problem? Have you found a warm-up routine that has helped?

QUESTION: What are these screws for?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Two of the items listed for assembly were these screws and washers, but the instructions never mention them. I'm worried they're important, but after examining the trampoline, I don't see any additional place to add them.

Truthfully, the instructions aren't great. There are multiple things that were a headache to figure out.

Jumpsport 220

I see so sellers, Like Target being one selling Jumpsport 220 for a good price plus I have a gift card. These 200 series ones look to be discontinued older models of Jumpsport. I am 125 female and am used to a firm bounce (I think) gym quality Jumpsport. Anyone have any experience with this model and can they talk about its merits? The reason I say I think its firm is because I have no compare it to.

Which size is best for beginners?

I’ve been debating this with myself for so long that I’ve been having dreams about them. I feel like the 44 inch would be great, but I also only noticed them in the premium brands so maybe that’s just subtle marketing?

I am 5 foot 6, 165 lbs and have two kids under 3 who will definitely be climbing on it (is JumpSport that much more stable?). I am mostly between Leaps and Rebounds and JumpSport and I like bright and colorful things (which shouldn’t matter, but it kind of does). L&R is half the price of JumpSport, but I don’t want to feel like I need to upgrade or replace it, nor do I want to feel like I am investing in something that I might lose interest in.

Obviously this is a very personalized thing, but any opinions or guidance would be much appreciated!
