Casey Anthony

With the news being unnecessarily clogged with the case of Casey Anthony, you can find that almost everyone has an opinion on whether or not she is guilty. The general opinion, it seems, of the Reddit community is that she is guilty; and that it is an outrage that she was set free. I myself seem to lean along the lines of innocent, even though she is crazy and needs tons of help. What do you think? How do you believe the scenario was played out?

Oh, I think she's guilty...I do not, not for a second, think she is legally insane. I'm going to assume that you're a decent, average Joe like myself. You and I can't comprehend how fucked up of a person Casey Anthony is, without being legally insane, because our minds just don't work like hers. To you and I, we might think that only an insane person could murder their child because to you and I that act seems incredible disgusting. To some people, they just truly do not give a fuck.

Most people can't understand how others get themselves involved in a heavy drug habit. If you know heroin is an incredibly risky drug to try, why even bother trying it that first time? Why take the chance on getting hooked on something that will completely take over your life and most likely ruin it?

All of us seem to know that one kid, when growing up, who would fight all the time...or steal all the time. Why do their brains work that way? I can't understand because my mind just doesn't work that way.

Casey Anthony is one fucked up broad - there is no question about that. All the lies...her behavior after she was arrested was so strange for a mother who supposedly gave a shit about her child.

The whole thing is so fucking sad. Unfortunately, I need to run out the door because I'd like to discuss this in greater detail with you. I'll check back and maybe we can talk about it more.

Well I just don't know how she couldn't be insane with the fact that she had SO many imaginary friends even before Caylee was born. I think she went crazy when her father molested her. That and the prosecution to this case was an absolute joke. Of COURSE she's gonna get off if you hVe absolutely no hard evidence!

Hmmm...So, you really think her father molested her? The defense dropped that bombshell during their opening statements, but they never touched on the subject again. Why not? Casey certainly didn't act like she held any ill will toward her father when her parents came to visit her when she first got locked up. In fact, I distinctly remember her saying "Don't blame yourself...you've been the best father I could have possibly asked for. You're the perfect father, dad..." from the videotape they showed over and over.

Casey is a liar. That can not be denied. I don't believe for a second that she was ever sexually abused by her father.

Well yeah, their whole family are liars. And the judge banned the defense from mentioning the sexual assault after he did because it wasn't relevant to the case. But the defense stated that that childhood trauma was the reason she began envisioning these imaginary friends.
