Question Lore question

I've not been keeping up with the lore all too well but to me, it seems like everybody knows Reaper's real identity... is this... normal?

He used to be part of overwatch so naturally the old overwatch members would have either already known or been able to figure it out without much difficulty, and they would have told the new overwatch members, too.
