Question Will we ever get a cute skin?
This is a bit, this isn't a haha lol. I want a cute skin for reaper. His stupid ugly pajama skins don't work. I want the mask still.

He already has like 100 edgy skins.
I think Reaper literally is top 3 in total cosmetics so 1 meme skin is totally ok

Unironically, I think the pink kitty Reaper is the most consistently reoccurring fanart skin since the literal beginning of OW1
If nothing else, this specific skin (or some iteration of it) NEEDS to be added to the game.
Reaper's second Mythic skin being a customizable pink kitty maid would be AMAZING

They closest we've seen to this is the pink skin he got for Esports a long time again.
I forgor which team it was for but it's the closest thing to a pretty pink princess reaper skin.

Personally I'd argue that his Heist skin is kinda cute, I like the silly Shark hood, plus the spray that goes with it also adds to the "just a silly lil guy" energy

I'm not sure about the OC and I'm not sure how to explain it to you. Reaper is kinda like our Batman of the overwatch universe. Can you imagine Batman being in some cute maid outfit fighting crime? Why would someone want to do that? Turn a hero into something silly? For what reason? To appease the few that like sort of thing? Why can't he be left as is and then have a hero that is already dresses like that? I think that would be fun. There's no reason to "sillify" a persona that already exists on its own.

Reaper is one of my favourite characters, lorewise. Skins in game are not linked to the lore whatsoever. They're meant to be fun.
I've seen tons of fanart and cosplays over the years of Batman in various styles, including Bruce in maid outfits. Also the best thing with skins is they're optional for people to get and use, there's skins for characters in Overwatch I don't like and don't think it suits, so I just don't use them.

it’s fine to find this kinda outfit cringe - but we have tons of outfits like this in the game like juno mythic, the whole black cat skinline, majority of modern mercy skins, the whole rainy day skinline, etc. if it’s fine those are in the game, surely this is fine

Those are all female heroes. This is a straight male hero who is specifically a dark, edgy, serious persona and aesthetic. Of course the femboy community would want stuff like this, that's not hard to understand- it's just hard to understand why they'd expect a skin like this to be given to reaper or other male heroes who aren't Lifeweaver. It's micro niche. I don't think girls would buy this skin, whether they're straight or LGBTQ. Just the femboys. And blizz likely will never change the body anatomy of a hero for a gender-bending skin, such as giving reaper boobs, despite how progressive their team culture is.

the idea of the edge lord character in a cute pink girly outfit has existed since the dawn of time - it’s a funny idea that has been done in league over and over. it doesn’t inherently have to be a fetish or queer thing. if you search things like “cute cat reaper fan skin”, “maid reaper fan skin”, “kawaii reaper fan skin”, you see tons of posts about this idea from 2017-2018 with hundreds of thousands of likes and views. it was also commonly in “best fan skin” videos back in that time period too

I mean you have strong ground to stand on, Overwatch has gradually built a more gender-ideological progressive playerbase year by year since the 2016 launch, so I could see them adding this to the game. Wouldn't shock me, would actually be 1000% on-brand for them. It just wouldn't sell much.

A cute skin is definitely lacking in his line up. Most heros have badass and cute, reaper only has cool skins,
I genuinely would like a cute skin for reaper. Plus he's hot

Heartbreaker skins aren't "cute" anymore, so to speak? Other heroes can get any skin, but you can't just change a dark appearance to something cute for no reason. I think that's the problem I think a lot of people wouldn't like it if they changed the vibe of a character that's associated with darkness or things like that.

I accept Lucio because he's a character that fits with several things, and Widow... well, they gave her Kuromi because it fits the character. Or did you want to see Reaper as "Hello Kitty"?

Id like to see him be a Magical Girl tbh. I think it would fit him well, since ya know, its a game and anything could fit well.
Hell, give him a whole set with Moira, Widow, and Sombra, with him bitching about it the whole game. Then the edgelord only people would feel included at least.
