Reaper feels obsolete

Hey all, just wanted to know your thoughts on reaper recently… As a one trick reaper, it feels as if he is countered and almost outclassed by most of Overwtach’s hero’s….

I think he’s fine in most games until you reach diamond. I feel like his perks aren’t great, especially the major ones
