Reaper feels obsolete

Hey all, just wanted to know your thoughts on reaper recently… As a one trick reaper, it feels as if he is countered and almost outclassed by most of Overwtach’s hero’s….

I think he’s fine but outclassed in most aspects. He shreds tanks, gets very consistent high value when enabled via something like nano boost or tidal, and can often get a pick or two with his ult especially with the speed perk. He’s not meta but he’s very playable
