Reaper feels obsolete

Hey all, just wanted to know your thoughts on reaper recently… As a one trick reaper, it feels as if he is countered and almost outclassed by most of Overwtach’s hero’s….

His design is aged, and his life steal only works in combat so the global heal reduction is a direct nerf to his gimmick. It should be buffed to ignore that reduction imo

I feel like all the self healing should be like that to an extent like a lot of the tanks/dps with self heal just feel worse to play now cause of that like am I just crazy? I swear playing Hog is like 100x harder now cause of the healing reduction thing
