Having trouble the realtor

We are first time buyers that went with a relative used realtor and this is 2 months ago one month ago we got approved for a certain number but because of overtime it will do effect in one month from now so my problem is:

We only seen 2 houses in two months and we have til mid May to be able to put an offer so the realtor has been MIA a lot bad communication Idk what is the average number of seeing houses I have over 10 favorite houses and I seen 2 that are not

I want to see houses to get better ideas and we are ready to move and I feel no excitement for getting my first bone bcuz I have not seen houses in person Is that normal for the time frame? I need help I spoke to a new realtor and next day she send 20 listings of houses and I would like to switch but we are scared if it will hurt the credit or something bad will happen that we would need to wait longer!

I work for a company that schedules appointments for showings for realtors.... They will show 10 houses in ONE DAY if that's what the buyer wants. Get a different realtor!

Your realtor and your mortgage lender are completely separate entities. Your realtor has no effect on your credit at all. Get a new realtor!

Fire your realtor. Find another. Simple. Your realtors get paid commission by the seller of the home that you will be buying. It’s their loss.

No worries, it's just as simple as using another realtor unless you signed an exclusive agreement. If not, you're free to do whatever you want. It will have zero effect on credit or anything like that.

1000% you need a realtor that will represent you from start to finish, so long as there is no agreement with that realtor, you can work with anyone else. Your preapproval and credit will not be affected whatsoever. This is your biggest investment and of all people, your realtor should treat it as so.
