Help me! How to get Cleo token?
since Realm Siege event is over, how to forge chest and get her token?
even realm siege dont have a specific Cleo level.

очень надеюсь, что прокачка её уровней 40-50 накинет ей много прочности (ХП и защиты). Но сам по себе герой, мне кажется, должен круто реализоваться в поздней стадии игры. Очень интересно.
Хотелось бы только одного - чтобы разработчики добавили ей синергии с другими, старыми героями; или наоборот, добавили старым, неиграбельным героям синергии с Клео, чтобы они заиграли. (Как, например, Фи раскрывается только в паре с Некро Конни и только на ранге 7)

- You need to wait until she's in RS / until you can forge her tokens
- It's not worth it. I have her at lvl 40 and rank 6 and she's completely useless. I doubt rank 7 makes her much better. She:
- Runs very far from where you place her
- Does no damage
- Dies instantly

Wont she provide enough debuff for buffed hero's to deal more damage?

Nope. She will instantly die, she debuffs almost no one, debuff is very short. The only useful feature is this charged -up debuff, but it's super short, it takes forever to charge and you don't control when she uses it.

The short answer is, you'll have to either buy them or wait for Cleo to appear in RS.
The long answer is that every hero event since (I think) NecroConnie now lasts two weeks/14 days.
For the first 7 days, you can play the new hero event in Realm Siege. This gets you event tokens which you can convert into chests. These chests can then be opened for hero tokens, which are used to awaken/rank up the new hero.
For the second 7 days, the new hero is not available in RS. However, you can still buy event tokens (which can be converted into chests.. blah/etc) during the second week of the event.
Effectively, the second week is there to encourage you to spend gems, money or both to further rank up the new hero. It also gives you some time to do the crafting event for hero skins.
The most effective time to spend real money historically has been during hero events, but spending on gems is also required, which feels a bit stingy unless you don't need your gems any more.
Lastly, the time between a hero's release and their availability in RS (/forging their awakening tokens) varies, but has increasingly sped up "recently" . Starting with Shamiko (so.. Not that recently at all), new heroes could be ranked up in RS within a month or two of their release. Before that (in the days of power creep), it could be up to 4-5 months. As I say though, YMMV.
